• HealthKit Data: With your permission, we access health data from Apple Health (workouts, sleep, heart rate, active energy).
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including features accessed and preferences.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our nutrition tracking and health analysis services
• Generate personalized health insights and recommendations
• Sync your data across devices (if you enable cloud sync)

4.1 Local Storage

Your health data is primarily stored locally on your device. We do not access or transmit this data without your explicit consent.

If you enable cloud sync, your data is securely stored using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. You can disable cloud sync at any time in Settings.

• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management
• Supabase: Cloud data storage (optional)
• Apple Health (HealthKit): Health data integration (with your permission)
• AI Services: DeepSeek, Qwen, and Gemini for food recognition and health analysis

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data stored in the app
• Modify: Update your profile and health information at any time
• Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account
• Disable Cloud Sync: Stop syncing data to cloud storage
• Revoke HealthKit Access: Disable health data integration in iOS Settings

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• All data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days
• Local data is immediately deleted from your device
• Subscription records are retained only for legal and accounting purposes

8. Children's Privacy

Feedii is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
